Caroline is a specialist in Central America and East Europe migration patterns. Caroline led the largest migrant shelter in Mexico and anti trafficking teams in Moldova and Ukraine. She has managed security crises, unlawful detections, medical aid, and gender violence while working for a number of NGOs, including IRC and World Relief.
